It includes enterprise AI deployments at Optimum and LexisNexis, voice AI systems, conversational interface design, and the kind of deep workflow thinking that comes from watching real people interact with real systems and figuring out what goes wrong.
She is a Fellow of the Conversation Design Institute, one of a small number of practitioners recognized for expertise in designing human-AI interaction.
